What a great little find!! Perfect place for a trip into Stratford-upon-Avon. Hotel was modern yet full of character, rooms clean and cozy. From start to finish nothing was too much to ask, staff were pleasant and attentive. Dan at reception was brilliant and also bar staff super!! From start to finish what a lovely mini holiday!! Well looked after and this was a stay well worth every penny! Breakfast was also lovely and again staff attentive and pleasant!! 6 stars!!

Very nice site, handy for Shakespeare tours. Good food at reasonable prices. Didn't give a 5 as not much in the way of tea making in the room. 4 tea bags for 2 of us for 2 days was a bit mean. Otherwise one to revisit in future and recommend here. Thank you to Alice and your staff.

My wife and I had a most splendid overnight stay on May26/27th. The room was a good size and the bed extremely comfortable. Both our evening dinner and morning breakfast were delicious and I will certainly add that we found every member of staff to be very friendly and helpful. We would definitely select this hotel again should we be returning to the area.

Hotel was not as described on the website. Arrived in reception which was tired, dirty and needed a good paint. We were given the keys to our room which was awful! The carpet was dirty, there was a bad smell, it looked tired, in need of decorating and very small. Unfortunately we just could not stay and cancelled our reservation and left. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I can’t believe there are good reviews! Avoid!!

Ac not working. It had broken down in March. Was booked for 2 nights but had to only stay 1 night as I felt ill without the ac. Breakfast was a shambles and not enough food for everyone. No apology and no offer of a refund or voucher for the 2nd night. The one good thing was the meal on the 1st night. I stayed here about 10 years ago when all was perfect. Won't be going back
