I had the most beautiful memorable proposal planned here as a surprise by my new fiancé! What a fantastic location and setting. The staff were all so lovely, special thanks to Jo! They made my evening so so special, I will never forget it. I had a phenomenal dinner in the gorgeous private summer house with lovely Travis playing the piano for us. And lovely Charlie taking our photos! The suite we had was large and stunning and I enjoyed a luxurious massage treatment from their masseur. Thanks so much! I can’t wait to come back!

We chose Berwick lodge as our wedding venue with elopement package. At first the idea sounded great, but we didn’t know what to expect if it’s only going to be two of us. Magdalena was guiding us through the process, she was very helpful, and we knew she was always there if we needed. I wasn’t stressed at all. Their supplier list helped me chose best florist and make-up&hair artist. We were pleased with absolutely everything! Room looked beautiful and romantic, food was tasty, staff was always helpful, gardens are terrific and the summer house that we used for the ceremony was so pretty. We couldn’t ask for more. I am sure that we will be back for our anniversary, and we can honestly recommend this place. Pure magic. Once again many thanks to Magdalena & team for making our big day unforgettable.

I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms are magical and the staff can't help you enough. They bend over backwards for you. The 'secret garden' is incredible. I real wonder. You've got all sorts of walks you can go on to relax and unwind.

Good afternoon tea but not the best I've had. Staff were very good and accommodating. Pain to get to though due to road works that will be there for years due to housing development being built nearby

This is simply the best place to stay on the outskirts of Bristol. We booked as a stop on the way home from our road trip. Arrive down a sweeping driveway, beautiful interior lobby, quality furnishings. Great lounge area, immaculate ladies room. Drinks and nibbles on the lawn. Good quality ingredients for dinner. Beautiful rooms. We stayed in Zeguma, the suite over looks Wales from the balcony. All the rooms have something different to offer looking at the website. Cafetiere for fresh coffee in the morning. Bottled water, quality tea in the room. Great for a romantic break. We will be back!
