The Hotel itself is fine it is in a pleasant garden location in a nice area of Sheffield. The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast very nice and plentiful. Unfortunately the evening meals and the restaurant were a problem. We had booked half board and when the menu came a number of the choices were at extra cost. (See photos) for my wife and I to order seasonal vegetables at a extra cost of £9 for two carrots two parsnips and 10 fine beans was ridiculous. The Restaurant and Bar area was so cold that diners were wearing outdoor clothing. The menu was the same every night. Our room 336 had an ill fitting window which we had to make several attempts to close. The drinks again see photo were extremely expensive. You excellent staff were fielding off several complaints from Diners regarding time taken to be served. I was disappointed with the Kenwood Hall Hotel and would not staff here again.

I had a fantastic time staying at Kenwood hall. Although our initial impression was soured, this was sorted by a lovely staff member named Paul, for whom no accommodation was too much. They upgraded my fiance to a suite as it was her graduation, we had lovely cakes in our room and a card from the staff. Paul was incredibly friendly and happy, and Lisa was very friendly too. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights, mid week in November 2024. I was in a Junior King Suite (283) and it was lovely. It was all very clean and the room was in a quiet part of the building. I would stay in that room again. I did not venture to the spa and so I cannot comment on that. Lisa and all the staff on reception, at the bar and in the dining area we're lovely.

I stayed for the weekend for a family wedding nearby. Paul helped us by organizing a room for our second night which we hadn’t booked. The holiday was full and he worked hard to ensure we could stay again. We are very grateful and what a lovely guy too, so upbeat and friendly! Nicky is in a league of her own, kind, compassionate, fun yet remains so professional! Massive asset to the hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting to her. I would highly recommend a stay here purely based on these staff, they are a credit to your team! Thank you for helping us and being so kind.

Just spent a lovely child free evening at Kenwood Hall Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Our room was not only nice but also incredibly comfortable, allowing us to sleep really well. The evening meal we had was delicious too and staff were lovely. A special shout-out to Nicky at the main desk—her friendly demeanor truly made our little break feel special. She was very helpful, friendly and down to earth which added a personal touch to our stay. We will definitely be back!
